Grace Nassereddine, MOT, ORT/L, is a licensed occupational therapist who brings her skill set to NJ Spine and Wellness, serving patients in Old Bridge, New Jersey. Grace received her Bachelor of Science in health science/pre-occupational therapy from Stockton University in Galloway, New Jersey, before completing her master’s in occupational therapy at Bay Path University in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. During school, she volunteered at Camp No Limits in Wales, Maine, a camp for children and adult amputees, and worked at the Center for Lifelong Learning in Parlin, New Jersey. 

Bringing expertise to her fieldwork, Grace worked at JERICHO Bureau for Exceptional Children and Adults in Holyoke, Massachusetts, Our Lady of The Angels Convent in Enfield,  Connecticut, and Camp Chillin’ Out in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. Her next level included working with clinics like Able Hands in Old Bridge, New Jersey, and Sensory Playground in Morganville, New Jersey.

Grace was the primary occupational therapist at both Ignite Physical Therapy & Wellness Center and Rapha Adult & Pediatric Wellness Center in Bayonne, New Jersey. At NJ Spine and Wellness, patients count on Grace to bring long-term results, through warm, welcoming relationships. 

She is certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, and in child and adult Basic Life Support and First Aid. She has completed her CarFit Technician℠ course and STEADI certification course, and is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
