Alexis Corralizza, MOT, COTA, is an expert occupational therapy assistant at NJ Spine and Wellness. At the practice’s location in Freehold, New Jersey, she brings her passion for problem-solving and takes a therapeutic approach to care.
Alexis received her Bachelor of Science in health science, with a minor in psychology, from the School of Health Sciences at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. She went on to complete her Associate of Science as an occupational therapy assistant at Rutgers University School of Health Professions in Scotch Plains, New Jersey.
Before joining NJ Spine and Wellness, Alexis worked as an occupational therapy intern at JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute in Edison, New Jersey, GiGi’s Playhouse in Hillsborough, New Jersey, and with the teams at Highland Park School District in Highland Park, New Jersey, and Franklin Elementary School District in Franklin, New Jersey.
Alexis is proud to have worked with Brightview Senior Living in Baltimore, Maryland, as an assistant in dementia care, as well as at Advance PMR™ as an office assistant. At NJ Spine and Wellness, she enjoys bringing her years of experience to her roles as a rehabilitation technician and certified occupational therapy practitioner.
Alexis is accredited in adult and pediatric CPR and is a member of The American Occupational Therapy Association and New Jersey Occupational Therapy Association.
