The children are our future, but the caretakers and educators of our children may be currently dealing with repetitive stress injuries, orthopedic concerns, and other medical conditions. For this reason, the team at NJ Spine and Wellness has traveled throughout Middlesex and Monmouth Counties to host over 150 “Teacher Wellness Events.” At these complementary events, we utilize the “lunch and learn” format with free chair-side massages, giveaways, and raffles. The educational talks cover a variety of topics such as nutrition, concussions, low back pain, sciatica, nutrition/hydration, and other ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
To schedule your school’s next NJ Spine and Wellness “Teacher Wellness Event” please email John.Baker@spineandwellness.com today. We look forward to seeing you at the next school event!
