Danny originates from Piscataway New Jersey. He began his path to a licensed Athletic Trainer at Rutgers University in the Exercise Science program. At Rutgers Danny began his passion for Athletic Training while working as a student athletic trainer for the Rutgers lacrosse and football teams for 4 years. After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Sport Studies, Danny pursued a Master’s Degree in Athletic Training at Seton Hall University. While at Seton Hall Danny completed clinical rotations with Drew University, South Plainfield High School, Hackensack University Medical Center, and a yearlong rotation with Princeton University. Upon graduation in May 2018, Danny was inducted into the Alpha Eta Society for Allied Health and graduated number 1 in his class.
Danny credits his success thus far to his faith, stout family support, and top quality instruction from his professors, preceptors, and mentors. These influences have instilled a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration in Danny. He believes in a strong healthcare team that works collaboratively for the betterment of the patient and in a global approach to healthcare that takes into account every aspect of the patient. With positivity, attention to detail, and keeping things light, Danny hopes to have an impact on every patient he sees and inspire the athlete in everyone. His motto is movement is medicine.
When Danny is outside of the clinic he enjoys playing or watching any and every sport. He is particular however to the New York Jets, Rutgers, and New York Yankees. When he is not doing something sport related he enjoys spending time with family and friends, and doing research to further develop his skills as a medical professional.
